Q: Why do you require full payment on packages offered?
A: Due to fraud and individuals which try to get full service for half price we require all payments upfront. However we do make exception if you have used our service before and are a proven respectable client. We do have a money back guarantee on all products. If you are not fully satisfied with our work after 30 days, we will refund all money obtained for that product.

Q: Can I have a size made which is not listed in your catalog?
A: Yes. Have a custom quote given based on a specific package for a specific size. Each package has many different formats and sizes which we can accomodate.

Q: How many samples do we get with the logo packages?
A: All logo packages come with 5 sample designs, all different. This allows you to have various choices for revisions. Each package has various time frames alloted for revisions based on price range.

Q: How long can your animations be?
A: Animations can be as long as you need or as long as it takes to get your point across. We will optimize your animation to it's smallest file size without giving up quality, if this file size is to big for what you have in mind for usage, we can optimize it smaller per your request. Depending on the media type selected in our product catalog, .AVI .MOV or Streaming media including flash can be much longer and your choice of format will determain the file size. Each package has various time frames alloted for revisions based on price range.
